How far we have fallen! We need to act intentionally, so we further God’s kingdom instead of hinder it. Maybe we don’t all have the guts to become a public speaker and proclaim the good news. The followers of Jesus knew it was indecent, shameful, and in direct violation of the scriptural commands to maintain purity of body and heart. The days that we are here on earth should count; we should not be counting the days. Jesus never made a pristine call to a proper or safe religion.

We spend our lives emphasizing our personal development and spiritual well-being. Superficial changes can be easily discarded.
